GOLDEN VALLEY, MN-LeJeune Investment Inc. plans to use the land to expand Carousel Automobiles' Audi and Porsche dealership along Interstate 394 near Highway 169. The land had been used for employee parking.

MINNEAPOLIS-The first phase of the Humboldt Greenway housing development on Minneapolis' Northside includes 90 homes and 75 rental units for seniors. The housing development will occur in several phases over several years.

GOLDEN VALLEY, MN-Construction of a six-story, 324,000-sf office building to house about 1,700 workers, a 138,000-sf employee-services center with cafeteria and fitness rooms, and a four-deck parking ramp, could start this summer.

WILLMAR, MN-The Georgia firm also will close its Benson, MN plant and Minnetonka, MN offices of newly acquired Ag-Chem Equipment. The plant here will be put up for sale when operations move to Jackson, MN.

MINNEAPOLIS- A semi-annual cash dividend of 47.5 cents per share payable May 15 to shareholders of record April 30. The company is shifting to providing software it but still owns a four-property portfolio of 129,000 sf.

MINNEAPOLIS-Wells Fargo will pay up to $50 million to renovate the 950,000-sf office complex for its mortgage subsidiary. Its estimate for the work at the former Honeywell corporate headquarters was $20 million.
