ST. PAUL-The developer, JLT Group, is starting to take reservations for the some 1,100 residential condo units that will be part of the first phase. The $1.5-billion urban village would build up to 4,000 residential units, 600,000 sf of retail, and several entertainment and cultural attractions.
LILYDALE, MN-The two-story, 16,185-sf building office building is next to the Stonebridge housing development. The office is geared for medical practices such as its first tenant, the Center for Reproductive Medicine.
