MINNEAPOLIS-Big box retailers like Lowe's are finding it harder and harder to find good sites in the Twin Cities. Lowe's is determined, however.

MINNEAPOLIS-Apogee is focusing on its commercial real estate construction business, for which it is a major supplier of walls and windows; Harmon has about 400 stores around the country.

MINNEAPOLIS-The site is on the northwest edge of Downtown and has excellent parking and transportation access.

EAGAN-Welsh Cos. is representing owner First Industrial in selling or leasing the 312,265-sf Apollo Distribution Center; the asking price is $10.5 million.

MINNEAPOLIS-St. Louis-based Commercial Development Co. bought the portfolio of 23 industrial and two office buildings in suburban Twin Cities locations.

ST. PAUL-St. Paul, Minneapolis and Rochester asked for more than 3,200 acres, and got 1,500 acres from the state--or about 500 acres each-as expansion zones for biosciences growth.
