SCOTTSDALE, AZ-The project at the southeast corner of North Scottsdale Road and Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard will feature two four-story buildings, each of about 125,262 sf. Class A office property is scarce in the submarket.

DENVER-Vacancies are lower and asking rents are higher Downtown, but the submarket does have 343,705 sf of negative absorption in the third quarter, as well as 947,686 sf in the first nine months of the year.
