WESTMINSTER, CO-Financial giant American Skandia is ticketing this Denver suburb for its first move outside its Shelton, CT headquarters. The move seals a 120,000-sf lease for Catellus Commercial and promises to deliver up to 500 high-paying jobs to the region.

BEAVER CREEK, CO-Vail Resorts Inc. is providing the land, $3.3 million in cash equity and up to a $4.5-million loan for a 49% interest in the joint venture that owns the $162-million Ritz-Carlton under construction on Beaver Creek Mountain.

DENVER-L.J. Melody & Co. has arranged $30 million in financing for the Breakers Apartments, the first new breed of luxury apartments in the Denver area. The financing is being provided through CIGNA to the Denver owners and developers.
