DENVER-Industrial real estate investment trust ProLogis amends a shelf registration to sell securities for about $307 million. This amends an agreement that first was filed in July 2004, when ProLogis filed plans to issue as much as 7.4 million shares.

DENVER-Richard Geller, owner of locally based Paradise Land Co. and whose family owns Paradise Cleaners, pays $3 million for a 27,000-sf building 1313 Tremont Place. Once the building is demolished, Geller will most likely operate the land as a parking lot.
