WHITE PLAINS—Earlier this week, the city released a request for expression of interest (RFEI) for the White Plains Transit District, which consists of four parcels of land totalling 4.5 acres.
NEW YORK CITY—The financial services firm is relocating its 100 employees from its current headquarters space at 445 Park Ave. and expects to take occupancy of its new offices by the end of this year.
NEW YORK CITY—The law firm will occupy the 12th, 13th and 14th floors of the 750,000-square-foot 425 Lexington Ave. office building once taking occupancy.
NEW YORK CITY—Rudin Management Co., the operating arm of Rudin Family holdings, also announced that non-profit Global Impact Investing Network, Inc. is leasing 9,200 square feet on a portion of the second floor for a 10-year term. The firm is currently located at 30 Broad St. and plans to relocate in the fall of this year.
NEW YORK CITY—The two leases totaling nearly 600,000 square feet, leaves approximately 1.3 million square feet of office space available in the tower floors. However, Rockefeller Group officials say they are very pleased with the tenant interest in the property.

BOSTON—Replacing Immelt as CEO in August will be John Flannery, who is the current president and CEO of GE Healthcare. Flannery takes over as GE chairman on Jan.1, 2018.
CHESTNUT HILL, MA—Dana-Farber has signed a long-term lease for 140,000-square-feet of space on two floors of the 290,000-square-foot Life Time Center, formerly the Atrium Mall.
NEW YORK CITY—VCS Group, founded by the late Vince Camuto, will be shifting operations from 148 W. 37th St. and 141 W. 36th St. to 42,748 square feet of space at 1407 Broadway. Camuto, who also co-founded Nine West, passed away in 2015.
