ATLANTA-The provider of a B2B electronic marketplace for commercial property owners picked up $25 million in its September first-round financing effort.
ATLANTA-A November ground-breaking is scheduled for the first phase of the planned one million-sf Northwest Landings Commerce Center, an 80-acre venture in the Town Center/Kennesaw market in metro's northwest quadrant. The estimated hard construction cost is $75 million.
ATLANTA- The developer hopes to break ground next year if it can sign a lead tenant to 150,000 sf. The owner of the planned 18-story tower and 3,000-vehicle parking deck will be Teachers Insurance & Annuity Association of New York which has had equity interests in Concourse products since the early 1980s. The site is 15 miles from Downtown.
NEWNAN, GA-The 200,000-sf build-to-suit facility is going up an estimated hard construction cost of $10 million in Creekside Business Center. Completion is scheduled for March. PetsMART is leasing the facility for five years. The site is 45 miles southwest of Downtown Atlanta.
