FLAGSTAFF—Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona, Inc. has negotiated the $14.35 million sale of Table Rock Apartments, located at 3400 S. Lake Mary Rd.

PHOENIX—CBRE and JLL have negotiated a new 112,323-square-foot lease at Phoenix Corporate Tower located at 3003 N. Central Ave. in Phoenix.

PHOENIX—Velocis announced the purchase of Camelback Square, a three-story Class-A office project in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. The asset was previously owned by Lincoln Property Company, along with a fund managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P.

PHOENIX—Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of Chaparral Mobile Village, a fully improved, 359-site, all-age manufactured home community in Tempe at Kyrene and Baseline.

PHOENIX—Waramaug Hospitality, a private investment group, unveiled the newly revitalized Hilton Phoenix Airport hotel. The 259-room property at the Phoenix International Airport has undergone a $7.5 million renovation.

PHOENIX—ORION Investment Real Estate facilitated the sale of Sunburst Plaza in Glendale located at the Southwest corner of 43rd Avenue and Bell Road in Glendale.

PHOENIX—Equus Capital Partners, Ltd. sold Lincoln Towne Centre, a two building property totaling 226,112 square feet located at 4150-4250 N. Drinkwater Boulevard in downtown Scottsdale, to Transwestern Strategic Partners on behalf of its TSP Value and Income Fund for $58.85 million.

PHOENIX—Megan Creecy-Herman was named most outstanding chairman of the year and NAIOP Arizona earned two additional national awards Tuesday night at the industry organization's annual meeting in Washington, D.C.
