PHOENIX—Waramaug Hospitality, a private investment group, unveiled the newly revitalized Hilton Phoenix Airport hotel. The 259-room property at the Phoenix International Airport has undergone a $7.5 million renovation.
PHOENIX—ORION Investment Real Estate facilitated the sale of Sunburst Plaza in Glendale located at the Southwest corner of 43rd Avenue and Bell Road in Glendale.
PHOENIX—Equus Capital Partners, Ltd. sold Lincoln Towne Centre, a two building property totaling 226,112 square feet located at 4150-4250 N. Drinkwater Boulevard in downtown Scottsdale, to Transwestern Strategic Partners on behalf of its TSP Value and Income Fund for $58.85 million.
