PHOENIX—CBRE has completed two office leases totaling 67,335 square feet in Metropolitan Phoenix. The leases are representative of new office requirements by the state of Arizona for the newly created Child Safety and Family Services agency.
PHOENIX—CBRE has completed the sale of Lakeview at Superstition Springs, a 676-unit apartment complex located at 1849 S. Power Rd. in Mesa. The multifamily asset sold for $66.6 million.
PHOENIX— The first Arizona, large-format Mattress Firm came to Scottsdale last week. The 23,958-square-foot outlet store is the largest Mattress Firm Supercenters in the country—and the company's 1,500th location.
PHOENIX—NorthMarq Capital's Phoenix office secured $22.8 million in acquisition financing for Ocotillo Springs, a class A, 272-unit multifamily property located at 825 W. Queen Creek Road in Chandler.
PHOENIX—CBRE has completed the sale of the Phillips-Edison Fund IV Portfolio. The nine-property retail portfolio sold for $150 million and totals over 1.35 million square feet. It includes grocery-anchored Village Center in Phoenix.
PHOENIX—Dunbar Real Estate Investment Management announces the acquisition of Cabot Business Center located at 3802-3922 E. University Dr. The Flex/R&D project consists of five separate buildings in the Sky Harbor Airport submarket of Phoenix.
PHOENIX—Cushman & Wakefield Inc. has named Jerry Noble and Jackie Orcutt as Market Leaders of its Arizona operations in Phoenix. Noble and Orcutt have previously served as leading commercial real estate professionals for C&W in Phoenix.
PHOENIX—CBRE has completed the sale of the Sonoran Vista apartment community, a 264-unit apartment complex located at 9340 E. Redfield Rd. in Scottsdale. The multifamily asset, which is situated in the heart of the North Scottsdale submarket was 95 percent leased at time of sale.
