PHOENIX—In this week's Deal-Tracker, Gladstone Commercial Corporation reported that it closed a $5.6 million second mortgage development loan for the construction of an 81,371 square foot, build-to-suit transitional care facility located on a major hospital campus in Phoenix.

PHOENIX—As previously reported on GlobeSt.com, Alliance Residential has promoted Bob Weston to chief financial officer. Weston, currently managing director for production in the Southeast, will relocate to Phoenix to take on the role of chief financial officer.

PHOENIX—ViaWest Group announces that NXP Semiconductors has signed a 10-year lease for 32,988 SF of office space at Chandler Midway Corporate Center, 5670 W. Chandler Blvd. Built in 2007, the project is comprised of two class A office buildings totaling 111,800 square feet.

PHOENIX–Columbus-based Nationwide Realty Investors has signed a lease with Arizona based health and wellness leader Isagenix International, LLC to occupy a 150,000 square foot, single-tenant building at its master-planned Rivulon development in Gilbert.

PHOENIX—The Cooke Multifamily Investments Team at Colliers International in Greater Phoenix completed the sale of a 2,759-unit multifamily portfolio for $168.5 million.
