PHOENIX—Mill Avenue Office, L.L.C. (owned by Bob Parsons) has acquired Hayden Station, a 107,508-square-foot, mixed-use office and retail property located on the southwest corner of Mill Avenue and 3rd Street, for $26.5 million. The seller was Tucson-based Holualoa Companies.

BULLHEAD CITY—An $18 million assisted living facility broke ground in Brookfield Communities' Fox Creek master-planned development. Joshua Springs will be a 95,300-square-foot facility with 74 assisted living apartments and 30 apartments specifically built for the memory care residents.
PHOENIX—Marcus & Millichap announces the sale of Tuscany Pointe Apartments, a 236-unit multifamily community in Phoenix, Ariz. The $10.1 million sales price equates to $42,797 per unit.
PHOENIX—Institutional Property Advisors adds Steve Gebing to its roster of senior advisors. Gebing has been a leading broker of major multifamily properties with Marcus & Millichap for more than eight years, completing nearly $800 million in recent transactions.

TUCSON—CBRE has been awarded the marketing and leasing assignment for the Tucson Airport Authority airport system. Comprised of Tucson International Airport and Ryan Airfield, CBRE will oversee the marketing of the airport system's 10,147 acres of commercial development land.
