PHOENIX—ViaWest Group has sold two premier class A office buildings in the Phoenix metro area for a total of $11.1 million. The buyer was Edmonton, Alberta, Canada-based Melcor Developments Arizona, Inc.
TUCSON—Colliers International in Greater Phoenix recently completed the sale of a 143,650-square-foot Class A office building for $18.95 million, or $131.95 a square foot. The transaction is the largest office sale in Tucson based on square footage since January of 2008 and involves one of the highest quality assets in the market.
PHOENIX—Metso Minerals Industries, Inc. is relocating its industrial equipment repair and field service facility to southeast Mesa. This will be a multi-million dollar investment to construct the 44,000 square foot facility.
