PHOENIX—Colliers International in Greater Phoenix recently completed the sale of a 183,000-square-foot, Class A office building in Chandler for $43.1 million, or $235.50 a square foot. W. P. Carey Inc. purchased the building at 2700 W. Frye Road in Chandler from Regent Properties of Los Angeles.
