PHOENIX—CBRE announces the sale of Kierland Fairways Office Plaza located at 14614 N. Kierland Blvd. in North Scottsdale. The 55,268-square-foot office building was sold for $8.2 million. A sizable renovation is planned for the property.
PHOENIX—CBRE announces the sale of Continuum Business & Technology Park located at 2501 S. Price Rd. in Chandler. The business park, which currently consists of a 463,300-square-foot, class A office building on 152 acres, commanded a sale price of $51.75 million.

PHOENIX—CBRE announces the sale of 43rd Avenue Logistics Center located at 1635 S. 43rd Ave. in Phoenix, Ariz. The 394,775-square-foot industrial property commanded a sale price in excess of $21 million.
PHOENIX—Sources at Wentworth Property Group revealed that Shultterfly is designing a new build-to-suit facility at Discovery Campus Building located at Elliot Road and Loop 101, sharing the main entrance with ASU Research Park in Tempe.
PHOENIX—Keynote speaker Alex Steffan drew the largest crowd at the Urban Land Intsitute's Trends Day event at the Downtown Sheraton on Wednesday. Steffan is a TED speaker, self-described planetary futurist, author of three books and has some succinct ideas about how cities should be planned moving forward.
