TUCSON—CBRE has been awarded the marketing assignment for The Campus at Tucson International in Tucson, Ariz. The six-building, 253,393-square-foot business park campus sits on 17.6 acres two blocks from Tucson International Airport.

Cassidy Turley sold Country Club Manor, a, 89,214-square-foot, class A office project at 1221 and 1313 E. Osborn Rd. in Phoenix.

TUCSON—CBRE has negotiated a 58,205-square-foot lease at ABC Retail Center located at 7125 E. Broadway Blvd. in Tucson, Ariz.

The property, Arcadia Gateway Center, located at 4222 East Thomas Road, was sold last week. MIG Real Estate of Newport Beach, CA., purchased the property from 4222 E. Thomas Rd., LLC of Phoenix, Ariz.
