TREXLERTOWN, PA-The REIT buys 241,625-sf Trexlertown Plaza and 31 developable acres. This property is adjacent to Trexlertown Mall, which it acquired, along with 29 acres, in December.

PHILADELPHIA-The Court of Common Pleas awards Cedar $1.7 million in its claim. The seller of a portfolio, Bryant, will file for an appeal.
