ATLANTA-Half of the 32 leases at premier malls, vacated after Nottingham, MD-based Golf America Stores Inc. filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection last month, are in the Southeast. Leases ranging from 1,278 sf to 5,964 sf will be sold at auction.

ATLANTA-The locally based REIT bought the properties for about $108.66 per sf from the San Diego, CA-based developer. The fully leased, class A properties are in Des Moines, IA; Plano, TX, and Colorado Springs, CO.

PHILADELPHIA-The Cincinnati-based bank is set to close on a site in suburban Madisonville, OH, for its 598,500-sf customer service and office facility. Ohio's Tax Credit Authority offered a 60% tax credit over 10 years to keep the facility at home.
