PHILADELPHIA-The Malvern, PA-based real estate company issues 10-year senior unsecured notes at 6.375% through its subsidiary, Liberty Property Limited Partnership. The notes are due in 2012 and are priced to yield 6.436% interest. They carry an S&P BBB rating.
PHILADELPHIA-Pittsburgh-based Rubinoff Co. is developing the 228,000-sf building on the North Shore, which is expected to be completed in January. Alcoa committed to 113,000 sf prior to groundbreaking and recently added 43,000 sf. Rubinoff will relocate to the center.

PHILADELPHIA-The planned 1-million-sf Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, originally planned for the UPMC Montefiore campus in Oakland, moves to the St. Francis Medical Center Complex in Lawrenceville, PA. Pittsburgh-based Highmark will fund the purchase of the 10-acre, 11-building in Lawrenceville.
