MIAMI-Mintzer, Sarowitz, Ledva and Meyers has relocated its Miami office, taking 8,597 sf for seven years in Alhambra International at an estimated aggregate rent of $1.56 million.

MIAMI-The 68-year-old law firm signed a six-year lease for more than 12,000 sf of office space in West Palm Beach, FL.

MIAMI-The two 500,000-sf towers, which will include luxury apartments, is slated for an approximately three-acre piece of land just sold on Brickell Avenue in Miami. The Brickell City Center project will cost up to $200 million.
