BELLEVUE-Bentall Capital has entered a lease agreement with Puget Sound Energy for 90,000-sf of office space at one of the Summit buildings, which will be named the Puget Sound Energy Building.

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO-A 7.4-acre property in South San Francisco will change hands under an agreement signed by Montgomery Realty Group. The price tag for the undeveloped site is $12 million.

ROCKLIN, CA-For $9 million, a Yuba City investment group has purchased 63 units in Rocklin, a rapidly growing city. The new owner will now turn around and sell the units as individual properties.
