PLAINVILLE, MA-DSF Plainville sells Colonial Village at Plainville to an affiliate of Fairfield Residential for nearly $35.3 million. The Boston-based DSF acquired the 23-acre, 399-unit property nearly two years ago for $27 million.
ACTON, MA-The Maryland-based company renews its lease for 34,000 sf and adds an additional 8,000 sf to house the company's data networking group. The deal ensures that Ciena remains at 35 Nagog Park for the next five years.
