CONCORD, NC-After a four-year search for a new home, Controls & Instrumentation Co. plans to build a 6,000-sf office/warehouse operation at the new West Winds Business Park in Concord, NC, about 25 miles northeast of Charlotte.
CHARLOTTE-Trammell Crow Co. plans to add a seventh building to its six-building, 350,000-sf Forest Park office project in the southwest submarket at Interstate 77 near the airport. The estimated construction cost is $10 million.
