A report from Marcus & Millichap says full-service restaurants are facing the brunt of the economic downturn sparked by the coronavirus pandemic, while limited-service eateries are well positioned to survive.

The Opportunity Zone program was created in 2017 and has been the subject of criticism that wealthy investors have benefited from the program.

The litigation is one in a string of lawsuits over New York's various coronavirus-induced restrictions.
