Loew & Associates, and AEGON US Realty Advisors have sold the Saint-Gobain North American Headquarters, a two-building, 65-acre corporate campus in Malvern, PA, to Chicago-based 90 North Real Estate Partners and Arzan Wealth for $123 million.

HOPEWELL, NJ—Albridge Solutions, a technology-based wealth management affiliate of Pershing, part of BNY Mellon, will relocate its headquarters to 45,000 square feet at Princeton Place at Hopewell. Cushman & Wakefield arranged the lease for American Real Estate Partners.

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA—AmeriGas Propane has signed a ten-year, 34,135-square-foot lease at Parkview, Keystone Property Group's landmark office tower at 1150 First Avenue in King of Prussia, PA.
