ROUND ROCK, TX-ORDA Corp., based in Dallas, has bought the 183,547-sf Renaissance Square Shopping Center in Round Rock. The tenant roster includes an antique shop and Blockbuster. The buy is ORDA's first in this region.

AUSTIN-DPT US Inc., the American branch of a Scotland-based high-tech firm, is beefing up its Austin operation, taking 7,500 sf at Cameron Creek Business Park in northeastern submarket. It also occupies 10,800 sf in a Wall Street building.
AUSTIN-Fairfield Residential Inc. has sold its 430-unit Spraddle Creek Apartments along Parmer Lane for $34.5 million. The buyer is a joint venture of Patronis Group, LNR Property Corp., Granite Associates and Greenstreet Capital LP.
