SAN ANTONIO-A Jack-in-the-Box signing has jumpstarted a 21,000-sf first phase development for the San Pedro Towne Center in San Antonio's north central submarket. The restaurateur will use the site to test its newest idea, Quick Stuff.
AUSTIN-The seven-year lease goes to Southwest Strategies Group for its Penn Field at 3601 S. Congress Ave. The tenant's intent was to find one site for the rental and tent operations as it grows through acquisitions.
AUSTIN-The Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce signs a 10-year lease for 12,500 sf at Lake Shore Towers. The chamber will move into its office in November in a signing that boosts occupancy to 95%.
SAN ANTONIO-The city's blessing jumpstarts what could be a catalyst for retail "inside the loop." The project has a 214,000-sf Wal-Mart Supercenter as an anchor, 110,000 sf of other retail and three pads of about 35,000 sf each.
