SAN ANTONIO-The University of Texas at San Antonio is adding 33,000 sf to its Durango Building in the downtown. The addition will house the university's Institute for Economic Development, overseer of 10 training and assistance centers in South Texas.

SAN ANTONIO-New Orleans-based Intradel hopes to be delivering the first wave of apartments in July at the 336-unit White Rock along Thousand Oaks Drive. The affordable housing project is funded through tax-exempt and taxable bonds.
