HOUSTON-Internet Access Technologies signs for the largest block of space of four freshly closed deals. The firm is taking 30,475 sf at Bondeson Business Park, a Vantage Development property in North Houston.

AUSTIN-Its first foray outside Austin takes National Instruments to Debrecen, Hungary, where a 140,000-sf plant has just opened. The firm also is making plans for an August move into another 380,000 sf on its 169-acre Austin campus.

AUSTIN-A local investor pulls $2 million in equity and places extra debt against his Austin complex in a $5.2-million refinancing, according to the Aries Capital loan originator. The refi carries a 10-year term and 7.15% interest rate.

HOUSTON-Martin Apparatus, a retailer of fire and emergency equipment, buys a warehouse in Interbelt North Business Park in Houston's northern corridor. The acquisition is one of three transactions to close recently in the region.

SAN ANTONIO-The University of Texas at San Antonio is adding 33,000 sf to its Durango Building in the downtown. The addition will house the university's Institute for Economic Development, overseer of 10 training and assistance centers in South Texas.

SAN ANTONIO-New Orleans-based Intradel hopes to be delivering the first wave of apartments in July at the 336-unit White Rock along Thousand Oaks Drive. The affordable housing project is funded through tax-exempt and taxable bonds.
