SAN ANTONIO-Construction crews are hard at work on the first 50,000 sf of the planned 350,000-sf Westwood Vista center in San Antonio's northwest submarket. When all's in place, the junction of Culebra Road and Loop 1604 will boast 500,000 sf of retail.
