While all of the stats show a growing city center in downtown, the recent biennial survey reveals that residents are concerned about the homeless population in the city.
Existing inventory is 100% leased and 700 Santana Row is under construction featuring 30,000- and 50,000-square-foot floorplates, with headquarters-quality office space.
“Growth and development bode well for existing apartment properties such as Forest Hill Terrace,” says Gebroe-Hammer Associates executive vice president David Jarvis.
According to the numbers, San Diego retail activity was down in 2017, but a closer look reveals that prices and demand are strong for well-located assets.
