Convene and Eden Health will build primary care offices at Convene locations, starting in six US cities later this year.

Waterford has assumed management of eight hotels previously operated by Waterton. The properties that were transitioned total more than 1,600 guest rooms in Ohio, Illinois and Massachusetts; six of which are full service hotels.

Waltham, MA-based Saracen Properties purchased the 172,813-square-foot office building in partnership with investment firm Cadre, which is headquartered in New York City.

The deal brings 225 Franklin St., a 33-story, 943,605-square-foot office building to nearly 90% occupancy.

The GE BioPharma business is currently part of GE Life Sciences, which is headquartered in Marlborough, MA.

Google has signed a 15-year 362,000-square-foot lease at the ground-up redevelopment of Boston Properties' 325 Main St. office building in Kendall Square.

The REIT has acquired more than $1 billion of properties since its IPO in January 2018.

The agreement also calls for GE to reimburse MassDevelopment $87 million, which include the purchase the two brick buildings and land as well as construction and other financing costs.
