The company also reports that the $75-million investment by an affiliate of New York City-based Madison International Realty Holdings, LLC in Plymouth Industrial closed on Dec. 14 in conjunction with the Jacksonville portfolio deal.

The sale, reported on Thursday, marks Skanska's final disposition of four adjacent Seaport properties it developed, which also include 101 Seaport, Harbor Way and Watermark Seaport.

Today, the bank opened its first branch location at 865-875 Providence Highway in Dedham. The firm also is offering a sneak peek of its new branch at 425 Washington St. at the corner of Washington and Winter streets in Downtown Boston that will open for business next month.

The joint venture partners report that they have hired Spire Hospitality, AWH's full-service hospitality management company, as the manager of the three properties.

The Class A office tower located in the Financial District is currently 93% leased and is home to such tenants as Hill Holliday, Nixon Peabody, Acquia, The Boston Globe, Marcum Accountants & Advisors, DataXu and Morgan Stanley and more than 30 other firms.

The private placement is expected to close in mid December 2018 in conjunction with the closing of a previously announced portfolio acquisition in Jacksonville, FL.

The two firms closed on the last property in the Northeast Logistics Portfolio—192 Mansfield Ave. in Norton, MA on Nov. 20.

Today, the telecommunications firm and the city announced a mew $10-year, $600-million deal that will expand its local wireless network, bring Fios Internet and TV to the city's remaining neighborhoods not covered in the original franchise agreement, and collaborate with Boston on Smart Communities solutions.
