Construction is underway on an 850,000-square-foot Amazon fulfillment center located on 93.5 acres at 10507 Harlem Rd. in Richmond, TX with plans to launch operations next year, according to Trammell Crow and Amazon.

Parkway Property Investments negotiated the amendment for the 972,145-square-foot lease.

Elm Creek Real Estate was already the owner of the shadow-anchor for Woodlake Crossing, a 159,703-square-foot retail power center previously occupied by Target, and it now takes full control of the center.

"At 15.5%, Houston has one of the highest five-year growth rates in life sciences establishments in the United States," Hines Senior Managing Director John Mooz said.

Recently traded Telge 290 Logistics Center is a 207,635-square-foot class-A industrial building, the second joint venture project in Texas between Ridgeline Property Group and Archway Properties.
