Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker, Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine, Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, Indiana Gov. Eric Holcomb and Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear jointly announced the COVID-19 partnership.

Spruce Capital secured $102 million in Fannie Mae financing that was arranged by Newmark Knight Frank in connection with the purchase.

The portfolio consists of primarily Class A properties in Chicago, Indianapolis, Columbus and Milwaukee.

The deal involves the purchase of the nine-building Shadeland Commerce Center that totals 1.7 million square feet as well as a 353,000-square-foot building.

The proposed expansion would bring the total VLTs in operation to approximately 2,200 and add more than 10,000 square feet of gaming floor space.

Brides by Young, which has locations in Indianapolis and Schaumburg, IL, has signed a lease for 5,650 square feet at Liberty Plaza in Rochelle Park.

The contract award with joint venture partners Byrd Retail Group of New York City, includes more than 7,500 square feet of expanded retail space inside Newark International Airport.

The property was sold by Addison, TX-based Senior Quality Lifestyles Corp. The deal calculated out to $228,464-per-unit.
