Investcorp, which is headquartered in Bahrain and has offices in New York City, says the deal involves the firm's second real estate investment in Germany.

The deal expands Colliers International's existing operations in Quebec by adding Landmark and its team of 30 real estate professionals.

The portfolio consists of 65 primarily mid-market apartment block buildings of which approximately 70% are located in and around Madrid.

The Calabasas, CA-based commercial real estate investment firm reports the deal compliments its existing Canadian operations.

The team, led by real estate veterans and executive managing directors Sergio Pérez, SIOR and Samuel Campos, includes 18 producers, six of whom are senior experts, NKF reports.

The equity investment volume of the transaction that Allianz Real Estate is executing on behalf of various Allianz insurance companies stands at around £350m, the company states.

The new organizational structure will replace the existing operations that manage CBRE's services business within its existing geographic businesses—Americas, EMEA and APAC. That structure will remain in effect for the remainder of 2018.

The company states that construction will start immediately after securing the building permit for the project that secured $2.7 million in performance-based tax credits from New York State through the Excelsior Jobs Program.
