The luxury, rental-based senior community in Tiffany Springs will offer upscale residential options with country-club style amenities and services.

“This class A property at the front door to the historic Country Club Plaza will be a long-term investment for us," says City+Ventures' Chris Erickson.

The company says its growth and expanded opportunities in the domestic infrastructure market led it to realign its organization.

A long-term lease commitment from the University of Kansas Health System spurred the sale.
