As the fastest growing demographic in the US, Hispanics are driving demand for quality housing.

The firm has secured 10 new commercial tenants at its 250-acre, mixed-use community in Doral, FL.

Researchers said the rent spikes are unusual since rents tend to be less volatile than housing prices over the long term, which are impacted by mortgage rate changes and other factors.

"Be present, mindful and curious. Show up with enthusiasm and lead by example. A 'no' will only get you closer to a 'yes.' Stay focused, persistent and you will make it happen," says Tere Blanca, CEO of Blanca Commercial Real Estate.

The firm has sold the recently-completed Strata Wynwood, which features multifamily, office and retail space in the city's Wynwood Arts district.

"Our focus is on revitalizing locations while focusing on walkability and sustainability in each project we develop," said MV Group USA Manny Angelo Varas.

SROA Capital Fund VIII closed oversubscribed, significantly surpassing the original target capital raise of $500 million.

"A small contractor like this relies on the contract to know that he'll receive money for the next year and a half on a big project that would take millions of dollars," said Brown of Morgan & Morgan in West Palm Beach.
