Summit reports that the six hotels traded will produce a net gain of $36.6 million. The six hotels in the markets of Minneapolis-St. Paul, Boston, Santa Barbara (CA), Dallas and Salt Lake City totaled 815 rooms.

First Washington reports that effective immediately, the asset will be rebranded and named Eden Prairie Village Shopping Center as a tribute to the local community.

“Her experience and proven leadership ability will be a tremendous asset to our current and future clients,” says JLL's Chris Roher.

According to its best and final offer submitted to JEA, the Ryan Cos. project at 325 West Adams St. will cost approximately $72.2 million to construct. The building will total 207,810 square feet, including a 6,340-square-foot rooftop outdoor patio.

“Grand Oak Business Park is the premier office park in the Southeast submarket,” says JLL's Adam Schwartz.

The company's full-service construction arm completeed the $2 million, “in-place” renovation of Durand Plaza in six months.

With 65.7-percent occupancy, the property offers investors the opportunity to add value through strategic lease-up.
