New York City-based Hunt Real Estate Capital provided the Fannie Mae loan for the 350-unit mid-rise apartment complex.

The Home Depot, following 20 years at this site, recently exercised its first 10-year renewal option, demonstrating its long-term commitment to the property, CBRE states.

The three-property portfolio transaction included the $5.3-million sale of Ausonia Apartments, a 26-unit multifamily property with two commercial units located at 501-505 Raritan Avenue in Highland Park, located in Middlesex County NJ.

The firm has launched a new life sciences platform and has acquired a $152M life sciences campus in New Jersey.

Greystone has provided the loan for the buyer’s acquisition of the 100-unit Waterside Villas, a senior living community in Monroe Township, NJ.

Hennessey served for more than a decade at Community Investment Strategies of Lawrenceville, NJ as project coordinator where she had direct involvement in the development, construction and management of more than 2,000 affordable homes throughout New Jersey.
