Somerset Station, which will be located along NJ TRANSIT's Raritan Valley line, will include two apartment buildings totaling 371 units, 156 townhomes in 14 buildings; two parking garages; 4,000 square feet of retail space and a 4,000-square-foot community civic center.

EverWest Real Estate and Accordia Realty Ventures acquired 20 acres of land at 85 Stults Road, along with a 369,000-square-foot building at 83 Stults Road, from Hermann's Services Inc. in 2017.

In the latest trade, HFF marketed the property exclusively on behalf of the seller and also worked on behalf of Relative Properties to place the fixed-rate acquisition loan through Freddie Mac.

The development team of Hornrock Properties of Park Ridge, NJ and Livingston, NJ-based BNE Real Estate Group recently held a ribbon cutting for the five-story development located at 1 Harrison Ave.
