Emerging talent hubs could beckon for firms that want to save during the recession.

The new Storage Post Haledon Self Storage facility is located at 45 Kossuth St. and originally operated as a schoolhouse beginning in 1894, but was converted to a self-storage facility in 1994.

The New Orleans and New York City-based development and management firm bought the property from Treetop Development for $38.5M.

The New Orleans-based Energy company reports that it will sell Indian Point 1, 2 and 3 nuclear units to decommissioning firm Holtec International of Camden, NJ, which will decommission units. Indian Point 2 and 3 that are scheduled for closure in 2020 and 2021.

Nelson Knight, EVP and chief investment officer of Apple Hospitality, says, “Through these attractively priced transactions, we adjusted our market exposure in ways that we feel will further enhance the strength and stability of our hospitality platform.”

Denault stated on the company's earnings conference call, “We are now actively working toward a post shutdown sale of Indian Point.”
