Industrious' Chicago Ogilvie operations at the 1.46-million-square-foot building at 500 West Madison St. will increase from 46,500 square feet to 93,000 square feet, due to what the company states is "overwhelming consumer demand."

Flex-providers are more active than ever in Manhattan and expected to account for approximately 15% of market leasing activity through 2019.

Joining NKF from Hammond Hanlon Camp LLC, the pair will assist with expanding its healthcare services advisory.

The New York City-based firm has signed a 15-year lease for 200,000 square feet of space and plans to relocate its corporate operations from Livingston to the Morristown building in late 2020.

Caesars will continue to operate the hotel and casino pursuant to a lease for a minimum of two years and pay annualized rent of $45 million.

The$152 million-transaction is the second big push by the 2015-founded firm into the New City market in the past year.

Kitchen United is set to open a total of three kitchen centers in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Connecticut, plotting a national expansion.
