The co-working and office space provider's new lease brings the Kaufman Organization's Madison Square portfolio to 100% leased.

The deal in West Hartford comes about two months after it struck a deal in early May to consolidate its New York City offices into approximately 10,300 square feet of leased space on the 19th floor of 55 Broadway in the Financial District of Manhattan.

The offering was oversubscribed by institutional investors from around the world.

These vehicles have been growing in popularity for years but in the last 12 months activity has jumped.
