Google has signed a 15-year 362,000-square-foot lease at the ground-up redevelopment of Boston Properties' 325 Main St. office building in Kendall Square.

Sorry, Arlington, you probably won't be getting the bulk of the jobs originally slated for Queens.

The $26-million equity offering was fully reserved in less than 90 days, the company reports.

The REIT has acquired more than $1 billion of properties since its IPO in January 2018.

The agreement also calls for GE to reimburse MassDevelopment $87 million, which include the purchase the two brick buildings and land as well as construction and other financing costs.

The facility is close to PA Route 33, I-78, and I-80, the main highways to the ports of New York/New Jersey and the MSAs of New York and Philadelphia.

The 661,741-square-foot building, to be delivered in Newark before year-end, will provide modern bulk warehouse space with superior proximity, accessibility, flexibility and visibility.
