Dallas marks the third new market that Walker & Dunlop's investment sales group has entered so far this year.

Orion Resource Partners, an alternative investment management firm, will relocate to 7 Bryant Park from 1211 Ave. of the Americas and will occupy the entire 25th floor of the building, totaling14,143 square feet.

At 56 assets, this is the company's largest US warehouse portfolio deal to date.
