The activist shareholder details his concerns with the REIT's financials in a public letter to shareholders.

“It's basically an employees' market right now and potential employees are not bashful about telling you what other companies are offering.”

The project is a 551,000-square foot mixed-use residential and retail development.

In addition, the REIT entered into three contracts to sell properties for another $73.2 million, expected to close in Q2 2018.
