Hard Rock International has entered into an agreement to purchase the iconic Las Vegas hotel.

The NFM-anchored project in Cedar Park, TX is expected to generate $435 million in net new city tax revenue during its first 25 years.

The company purchased the AAA Four Diamond 210-room Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa.

Investors are shedding properties before the clock strikes 2022 to avoid any potential changes to the capital gains tax law next year.

The new ownership plans to invest and additional $55 million to redevelop the 531-room property.
