HUNTINGDON VALLEY, PA—First NAI Mertz sold the parcel of land to the First Baptist Church of Huntingdon Valley for a future church expansion. When those plans fell through, Mertz helped the church resell the land to Artis Senior Living, which plans to develop a 72-bed memory care assisted living residence on the site.

PARSIPPANY, NJ—NAI Hanson arranged the sale of the 44,596-square-foot, class-A Boulevard Common office complex at 1140-1160 Parsippany Blvd. in Parsippany, NJ, to enterprise technology solutions provider Micro Strategies, which will occupy the complex's two buildings after relocating from Mt. Olive, NJ.
