Janus joins Colliers from Caddis Healthcare Real Estate, where he served as managing director and was responsible for new business development and executive leadership of healthcare real estate projects throughout the Midwest.

The development, located about an hour north of Tampa, is fully leased. HTG completed the first phase of the development in 2017, consisting of 96 affordable apartments and broke ground on 94 additional apartments last year.

Rogers has more than 30 years real estate experience with a focus on the health care sector. Most recently, he worked with real estate investment firm Jackson Cross Partners in Wayne, PA.

The joint venture partners state their total investment in the properties, including the purchase price and planned capital improvements, will exceed $100 million.

Totaling 170,000 square feet, 114 Beach St. is 99% leased to 17 tenants, including light manufacturing, service and distribution companies.

Persson brings 30 years of commercial real estate industry experience to Avison Young, most recently as a SVP at Newmark Knight Frank in Rutherford, NJ, where he was a member of the company's global corporate real estate group for nine years.

The building at 549 West Randolph was constructed in 1909 and was originally the home to William J. Moxley's Butterine Co.
