IRVINE, CA-The locally based financial services firm has arranged financing for the acquisition of a Newport Beach commercial office building. Developed by CT Realty Corp. in 1999, the building continues to serve as the company's headquarters.

LAKE FOREST, CA-The 15,439-sf facility will be occupied by an Irvine-based marketing company. Activity in Lake Forest's industrial sector has begun to heat up in recent weeks.

IRVINE, CA-The class A office facility is located in the 43-acre Hutton Centre project. Although the financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, the building's asking price was $34 million.
